excellent resort stay
good gym bike rentals scenic spaces
i found a good balance between activity and relaxation. the gym offered good equipment. bike rentals provided a fun way to explore the area and relax. the scenic spaces made relaxation easy.
the check-in process was not smooth. the staff insisted on scanning a barcode for an app. i preferred not to install it. it was stressful because i had to get my passport from my car first.

every meal had variety and was delicious. the all-inclusive package gave value. i tried cocktails and snacks without worry. dining was really nice.

the hotel has beautiful views of the coast. free sunbeds at the beach were available. it was easy to get to the town via bus or taxi. i enjoyed the location

damp smell moldy bathroom
the food and location were acceptable.
our room was a significant letdown. the air conditioning emitted a damp smell, so WE switched it off. paint PEELed away from the ceiling, and the bathroom was tired and moldy.

Absolutely Fantastic Stay!
friendly atmosphere sea view greek restaurant
I found the staff helpful. The pools were perfect. I spent hours relaxing. I loved the friendly atmosphere, especially the immaculate room with a sea view and balcony. The housekeeping was great. The facilities were of a high standard. I liked the great breakfast with many choices and the on-site Greek restaurant. The lovely pool was perfect for swimming.
The air conditioning in the room could have worked better. Otherwise, the hotel was great.

The hotel offered a great breakfast with a lot of choice. there was an on-site Greek restaurant to enjoy, so you had a variety of dining options. I especially loved the Greek dishes. Evening music further enhanced the atmosphere.

The hotel provided free parking facilities which was hassle-free! I loved the swimming poolwith a big area for loungers. On top of that, the pool side yoga was a lovely bonus.

The room had a great size and included a sea view with a balcony. Housekeeping kept the room immaculate. The room was well-appointed with modern amenities, and everything felt fresh.

mixed feelings at this hotel
helpful staff taxi arrangements uncleaned room balcony state
the staff were helpful in arranging taxis for exploring the area.
The room was not cleaned for three days. when it was finally cleaned, they left most of the rubbish and did not touch the balcony. It really impacted the stay.

Inconsistent Experience. Lacking expected standards
missing water bottles empty spa pool
The room fell short of expectations. There was a lack of daily water bottle refills, and this seemed essential given the hot weather. The spa pool was empty and not usable. The gym lacked basic amenities. There were no towels or water, which I found very disappointing.

helpful team complimentary cake effective communication
The reception team was very helpful. They even upgraded my room because i waited a while! i received complimentary cake for my anniversary. This was very thoughtful. the whatsapp communication was effective. They responded within 2 minutes if i needed room service or a taxi.
The hotel is a €14 taxi ride from the main town. This made spontaneous trips a bit inconvenient.

Heavenly serenity
beautiful setting friendly staff inclusive value
The hotel features the most beautiful setting it gives amazing views of the coast from the rooms bar and restaurants. Exceptionally friendly staff work very hard they provide a very high standard of service in all areas. All inclusive is excellent value it has a la carte dining options a coffee bar a pool bar and a crepe and sweet treat station.

service was excellent attentive responsive and accommodating. They offered pool yoga it was a nice bonus surprise. The leadership and colleagues ensure everything is perfect nothing is too much trouble.
