Absolutely Fantastic Stay!

I found the staff helpful. The pools were perfect. I spent hours relaxing. I loved the friendly atmosphere, especially the immaculate room with a sea view and balcony. The housekeeping was great. The facilities were of a high standard. I liked the great breakfast with many choices and the on-site Greek restaurant. The lovely pool was perfect for swimming.
The air conditioning in the room could have worked better. Otherwise, the hotel was great.

The hotel offered a great breakfast with a lot of choice. there was an on-site Greek restaurant to enjoy, so you had a variety of dining options. I especially loved the Greek dishes. Evening music further enhanced the atmosphere.

The hotel provided free parking facilities which was hassle-free! I loved the swimming poolwith a big area for loungers. On top of that, the pool side yoga was a lovely bonus.

the staff were helpful in arranging taxis for exploring the area.
The room was not cleaned for three days. when it was finally cleaned, they left most of the rubbish and did not touch the balcony. It really impacted the stay.

The room fell short of expectations. There was a lack of daily water bottle refills, and this seemed essential given the hot weather. The spa pool was empty and not usable. The gym lacked basic amenities. There were no towels or water, which I found very disappointing.

The reception team was very helpful. They even upgraded my room because i waited a while! i received complimentary cake for my anniversary. This was very thoughtful. the whatsapp communication was effective. They responded within 2 minutes if i needed room service or a taxi.
The hotel is a €14 taxi ride from the main town. This made spontaneous trips a bit inconvenient.

The hotel features the most beautiful setting it gives amazing views of the coast from the rooms bar and restaurants. Exceptionally friendly staff work very hard they provide a very high standard of service in all areas. All inclusive is excellent value it has a la carte dining options a coffee bar a pool bar and a crepe and sweet treat station.
